The Cocoon Puppet Group: Buk, 10th grader from Suksamran School and a Cocoons Puppet group member, talks to the acting head of provincial social welfare and human security office, a district head, and staff from Save the Children Sweden and partner about their puppet theatre road shows.
The show helps children in and out of the tsunami affected areas better understand risks and different types of natural disasters, as well as ways to protect themselves. The group members attended several hands-on workshops organised by Save the Children Sweden and its partner Youth Network for Development (YND) on disaster risk reduction and public campaigning.
