Our partners

Save the Children supports our partners to become leading actors for children's rights in their countries.

Change requires a participatory effort involving the skills and experience of numerous actors. In Southeast Asia and the Pacific, Save the Children Sweden works with more than 50 partners to bring lasting improvement to the lives of children. Our partners include children’s groups, youth groups, governments, non-governmental organisations, networks, foundations, universities, institutions, researchers, journalists, social workers, parents, and communities.

We develop strategic partnerships at local, national, and regional levels, with common objectives and approaches. In areas where partners need support, we provide training to promote mutual learning and strengthen their capacity to become independent promoters and monitors of children’s rights and well-being.

In combined efforts, Save the Children Sweden also works with other members of the Save the Children Alliance on various issues, including child protection, emergency response, children’s rights programming, child and youth participation, education and risk reduction in disaster-prone areas.
